Shipping Information

General Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the United States on orders over $75 USD. We offer free shipping to Canada for orders in Ontario over $75 CAD, or rest of Canada over $100 CAD. Free shipping is calculated post discount, and before tax if applicable. We offer flat rate shipping on other orders (check individual section below). All shipping includes tracking information. We don't provide shipping to other countries at the moment.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is received. We will send you another email with shipment tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note we don't ship on the weekend or holidays. 

*E-gift cards in your order don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

US Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD (post-discount), or $8.5 USD flat rate shipping for other orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping to the US are estimated to take 2-9 business days depending on your distance from Niagara Falls.

We do not charge sales taxes on orders shipping to the US. US orders should also be duty free, but in rare cases you are charged duty you can contact us with proof and we'd be happy to refund your duty charge. Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders in Ontario over $75 CAD (post discount, before tax), or rest of Canada over $100 (post discount, before tax). We charge a flat rate of $13.5 CAD for other orders. Shipping in Canada is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and estimated to take 2-8 business days depending on your distance from Toronto.

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on which province the order is being shipped to. Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery, as the shipment is not traversing any borders.
